Surfing in Sligo is an exhilarating experience, offering some of the most consistent waves in Europe along Ireland’s Wild Atlantic Way. With its world-famous surf coast, Sligo holds the record for the largest wave surfed in Ireland. Whether you're catching your first wave or perfecting your technique, surfing here is sure to deliver thrills, spills, and unforgettable moments.
Our team of professional surf instructors is dedicated to helping surfers of all levels. Beginners will learn to ride their first wave in a fun and safe environment, while more experienced surfers can refine their skills and take on more challenging swells. Bodyboarding is also an option for those looking to enjoy the waves in a different way.
Surf lessons last two and half hours, including a thirty minute check-in time. Classes are weather dependent, prioritizing safety at all times. As with all water activities, participants must be able to swim and wear a buoyancy aid when near or in the water. Join us for an unforgettable surfing adventure on Sligo’s iconic coastline!
