I booked this tour on GetYourGuide and left a 3 star review on the platform, after being pressured to leave a review on the boat. The entire review was my honest opinion of the experience. However after I left the review, the head tour guide approached me angrily in front of all the other guests and accused me of being dishonest. This ruined the entire experience for me, and was totally unprofessional. I also left feeling very uncomfortable with the whole tour. I am suspecting that a lot of the 5 star reviews you see are from the guide pressuring people on the boat to leave a glowing review. There were certainly positives to the experience - the crew and boat were very nice (besides this guide). But otherwise the snorkeling was below expectations, and I personally would have had a better experience staying at the resort and swimming at the free house reef. That is my honest opinion. Please don’t accuse me of being wrong and dishonest, thank you.
The snorkelling was great. The crew really friendly and helpful. No dolphins today but that's wildlife! I recommend it highly oh and the massage was fab as well. We are a family of 5. 2 adults, 2 teens and 1 x 9 yr old
It was awesome! The animation team was great. My two teenagers tried diving for the first time, and they loved it. The snorkeling was beautiful too. I recommend it.
