Unlike most balloon rides, the baskets here are equipped with seat belts, which immediately put us at ease in the middle of the vast wilderness. As we gently lifted off, the world below transformed, the rolling plains, herds of wildlife, and the sheer expanse of the Serengeti revealed themselves under the first light of dawn. Watching the sunrise from above, with the golden glow spreading across the savannah, was one of the most breathtaking sights we have ever witnessed. We had a truly amazing balloon ride experience, seeing the breathtaking views of the Serengeti from above. We were able to spot numerous animals during the flight and felt completely safe with our pilot, who was not only highly experienced but also spoke three languages proficiently. His professionalism was outstanding throughout the entire experience. The balloon ride was followed by a beautiful breakfast in the bush, which was absolutely stunning. The food was amazing and perfectly complemented the incredible setting. The staff and everyone involved made this experience truly memorable for us. A bucket list item - wow! It’s not cheap but for us it was worth every penny (part of the ticket price also goes towards the Park conservation). A top tier luxury experience, from the car that collected us to the pre-flight ginger tea and coffee to the post-flight champagne and bush breakfast. We felt very safe the entire time (even my mum who is super scared of heights). Our pilot, Abeid Soka, was amazing - they are real pros here! We were lucky to see hundreds of hippos and also elephants, hyenas and zebras. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this again.

WORTH EVERY PENNY!!! When I started planning my trip to Serengeti National Park I knew a balloon safari was a non negotiable, and this company did not disappoint. Not only were the staff BEYOND kind and accommodating (shoutout Capt. Mohamed Masudi, he is AMAZING!!!), but the views were breathtaking. I was not expecting to have such a high end, luxurious experience. The english breakfast is unmatched, and the champagne was perfect. I am not going to lie, I am a broke college student from America who came to Africa on a volunteering trip, but I would 100% pay for this experience again. So so so worth it.
