Summer Day in a Wilderness Village with a Local Guide

Join us for a memorable journey into the heart of Lapland led by a local guide born and raised in this Arctic region. After pickup from your accommodation in Levi, we travel north into the wilderness, where silence, wide landscapes, and authentic local life surround you. The adventure begins at a traditional reindeer farm, where you will meet and feed reindeer while learning about their importance to Lapland culture and everyday life. Stories shared by your guide offer a genuine insight into Arctic traditions passed down through generations.

After the farm visit, we continue to a secluded lakeside cabin hidden deep in nature. Here you can try fishing with guidance or, weather permitting, paddle a canoe across the calm lake. If you catch a perch, it can be cooked together over an open fire and enjoyed as part of a warm outdoor meal, either inside a cozy cabin or a traditional Lappish hut. This experience is about slowing down, connecting with nature, and truly feeling the spirit of Lapland in a relaxed and personal setting.
