Start your day with an exciting guided RZR ride through Cozumel’s scenic backroads, passing through pockets of lush jungle and picturesque coastal stretches. Make a stop in El Cedral, the island’s oldest village, where colorful facades, quiet chapels, and historic sites offer a glimpse into Cozumel’s rich cultural heritage. After exploring the village, return to KUZÁ Beach & Adventure Park, home to the island’s most expansive private shoreline. Here, you can lounge beneath shaded palms, float in calm turquoise waters, or wander along nature trails surrounded by tropical greenery, creating the perfect balance of adventure and relaxation.
At KUZÁ, the fun continues with cultural shows, beach games, and live music, or you can simply unwind with a drink in hand. The Deluxe Pass includes unlimited buffet dining featuring bold Mexican flavors and international favorites, as well as unlimited standard cocktails, beer, and soft drinks from the beachside bars. Guests also enjoy one included non-motorized activity of their choice, such as kayaking, paddleboarding, or snorkeling. Designed to cater to both thrill-seekers and those seeking rest, this full-day experience allows you the freedom to enjoy every activity—or simply relax and soak up the sun.

We purchased 4 VIP passes and were generally a bit disappointed. 1130 departure meant a 1p arrival time. There’s nothing VIP about getting from the dock to the site. Once there it was packed and designed to be packed. Very little space if any between umbrellas. The VIP area shared the restroom area and restaurant with the main beach complex… and that includes everything that means!! Marginal restroom facilities (kids everywhere), loud DJ music with yelling and screaming in the restaurant that floods the VIP area, and the buffet was packed and at best marginal on options, freshness and appearance. And you have to carry it all back to the VIP area if you’d like to eat in your Chaise lounge bc there nowhere else to sit and eat. Chips were good. The waiter services were outstanding for drinks. The best. Overall, not a VIP experience. Save your $$ and just get a regular pass if you must, otherwise avoid it.

Do NOT Waste Your Money – Dishonest and Overpriced Tourist Trap This was one of the worst-value excursions I’ve ever done. At $90 per person, you are paying to be herded like cattle to a tightly controlled beach for roughly 3.5 hours. There is nothing premium about this experience. It feels like a cruise-line holding pen designed for maximum profit, not enjoyment. They waste a ridiculous amount of time with scripted talking and “orientation” nonsense that adds zero value and eats into the already short visit. Everything is rushed, timed, and micromanaged. No freedom. No vibe. No authenticity. The biggest scam is the “all-inclusive” alcohol. I ordered a piña colada and agreed to a rum floater. What they poured had no smell, no burn, no taste, and wasn’t even rum-colored. Anyone who has ever had a real rum floater knows it should be immediately obvious. This was indistinguishable from water. I literally removed the drink and added my own rum. That isn’t being light-handed — that’s outright dishonest. This place is clearly run by greedy investors cutting corners wherever possible: watered-down drinks, manufactured atmosphere, and inflated pricing for a bare-minimum experience. You are far better off skipping cruise excursions entirely and going to a real beach club in Cozumel where you’ll get: Real drinks Real food Real pours Real freedom Bottom line: overpriced, soulless, dishonest, and absolutely not worth it. Avoid.

We booked the El Cielo plus all inclusive package, but due to the weather, the port was closed and we couldn't complete the activities we paid for. We met Freddie at the port and after a little back and forth, we agreed on a compromise. We are so happy with Kuza and how they handled the situation. Andy was our tour guide and he did a fantastic job explaining the history of Cozumel and showing us important places on the tour. Heyder, the driver was also friendly. We were bummed about not being able to snorkle, but in the end, I think we enjoyed the tour just as much as we would have snorkeling. The beach was super windy, but I wish we had more time at there. No worries, we plan to return soon for the El Cielo snorkel tour!

Cusa Resort and Adventure Park in Cozumel feels like a mix between a modern beach resort and a tropical theme park. The entire property is sleek, clean, and beautifully maintained. From the moment you walk in, everything feels new and well-designed, with plenty of open space and bright tropical touches that make it feel lively but still relaxing. The service was excellent—friendly, attentive, and always ready with a smile. The drinks were top-notch, strong but balanced, and beautifully presented. You could tell the bartenders take pride in what they serve. The buffet, which was included in our all-inclusive package, was solid. The food was tasty and fresh, though fairly standard for resort dining—more “crowd-pleaser” than “standout.” Still, the variety kept everyone happy, and it paired perfectly with the rest of the experience. Overall, Cusa delivers a fun, easygoing mix of resort comfort and adventure energy—perfect for a carefree Cozumel getaway.

We purchased this as an excursion from an MSC cruise. It was a quick trip from the port. Our guides Denise and Carlos were great and very helpful. The beach was beautiful with ample chairs and umbrellas. We purchased the all inclusive package. The Buffet had great choices. Try the rum punch. Would of love to have more time there. Will be returning on next time on Cozumel.
