We will begin our tour outside the stadium of one of the most successful and celebrated football clubs in history according to FIFA, recognized as the best team of the twentieth century. Once inside, you will be introduced to the rich history of the club, exploring national team trophies, European and international titles, and the individual awards of legendary players. Along the way, there will be a brief opportunity to take a photo with a replica of the current Champions League trophy. The tour continues on the sixth floor, where you can watch a documentary and learn about the Real Madrid Foundation, which supports charitable projects around the world. You will then experience an interactive room displaying the squads of current players and the authentic Champions League trophy.
The Bernabeu Tour also includes panoramic views of the stadium and a chance for a photo with team players through photomontage. The tour concludes in the basketball and history section before ending at the official store, where you can browse and purchase merchandise. Please note that the stadium is under construction, so VIP and presidential boxes and some other areas may not be visible. The pitch may also be unavailable due to maintenance or events. The tour is one-way only, and lockers are not available, so it is recommended not to bring backpacks or large suitcases.

Its a great place for kids, you get to get into some part of the field and there are so much history abour Real Madrid. To purchase the ticket, at rhe entrance you need to scan a bar code and pay online, so I suggest doing it before you arrive. I went the Christmas week and they had decorations put up.
JR

I found the ticket a bit too expensive for what is it but I guess If you are fan you may find it more worth the price. They need to show better the entry as when we arrived we were not sure where was the entrance. The staff may have taken into account previous comments as now they dont bother you much with the photos although there were not queues. Basically every photo opportunity they offer is paying and is not cheap, specially if you want a fake pic with a player. Is cheaper to buy tickets in advance and also you can see if there are areas closed that day.

I was here for the NFL game better the Washington Commanders and the Miami Dolphins and i have to say the stadium is amazing...its clean, easy to get around, chairs are a bit smaller than I am used to in America but other than that its aces. The lightning, the scoreboard and details throughout the stadium is amazing...best of all the food prices are soooo cheap compared to America...at least 50% cheaper, and the food was great.

A brilliant stadium to visit. Probably the best in Europe right now. Be prepared for it to be very busy. The tour is self guided and despite the 15 minute timed ticket intervals there can be some bottlenecks. I felt a bit short changed when I saw the pitch had been removed, which they do regularly apparently. It’s a feature of the stadium, but what’s a stadium without grass?
Nano

Whether you’re a football fan or not, this tour is an absolute must when visiting Madrid! The experience is incredible — full of history, passion, and unforgettable moments from European football. The stadium, the atmosphere, and the stories behind it all make it one of the best tours I’ve ever done. Highly recommend!
