As you drive along the dramatic coast of County Clare, you'll witness the raw power of the Atlantic Ocean as it crashes against the rugged coastline. Your first stop will be in the charming fishing village of Doolin, where you will board a ferry bound for Inisheer, the smallest and closest of the three Gaeltacht Aran Islands. During the 30-minute ferry crossing, keep an eye out for bottlenose dolphins, which are known to follow the ferry. Once you arrive on Inisheer, you'll have time to explore its ancient castles, churches, narrow lanes bordered by stone walls, and the serene white sand beaches that line the island.

After exploring Inisheer, you’ll board the return ferry, which offers a spectacular guided scenic cruise beneath the towering Cliffs of Moher. From the water, you’ll have an incredible view of these majestic cliffs, which rise 214 meters above the sea and stretch for 8 kilometers along the coastline. Upon reaching Doolin, you’ll head to the top of the Cliffs of Moher, where you’ll have time to stroll along the summit and take in the breathtaking panoramic views of the ocean and sky. After a memorable visit to one of Ireland’s most famous natural landmarks, you will return to Limerick, filled with the unforgettable sights and stories of the day.
