Based on earlier reviews I booked it. Mr. Anil, owner of the Company handled quite professionally. We had two drivers Mr. Santosh and Mr. Akash. Both were very sincere and polite. We covered Delhi, Agra and Jaipur in a week. I recommend service of this company
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4/5 We booked a Pink City Tour cab for our Rajasthan trip covering Jaipur → Bikaner → Jaisalmer → Jodhpur → Udaipur, and overall it was a good experience. The Innova Crysta provided was in excellent condition, comfortable for long drives, and well-maintained throughout the journey. Our driver drove responsibly, maintaining a safe speed around 80 kmph, which made the trip smooth and stress-free. However, towards the end, he did get a bit cranky and threw some tantrums, which slightly affected the otherwise pleasant experience. He also requested us not to call him in Jaisalmer, as he wanted to take a personal break that day — something that could have been communicated more professionally. Despite that, the overall trip was enjoyable and safe, and I’d still recommend Pink City Tour for their well-kept vehicles and mostly reliable service.
We just completed a 6 days / 5 nights trip to Delhi, Agra and Jaipur. The Cab was arranged by Anil for all 6 days. The driver Jakir is very good and patient person, understood our expectations and took us to all the places we wished for in Delhi and Agra. He also gave suggestions when we asked for. Though we had our itinerary in hand, Jakir's suggestions helped to visit the places in right order and spend maximum time every where. Even though he had an urgent medical need at home (we understood later) he did not any show such signs, such a dedicated person. Another person Devaraj took us took to all the places in Jaipur and his local knowledge was very helpful. Overall it is a very satisfied Cab arrangement by Anil - Pink City Tour, Jaipur.
