The Point

The Point is one of the most popular rental locations, offering a unique and scenic setting for groups looking to relax and gather outdoors. This space features a spacious 15 by 16 foot deck that wraps around the corner of the property, creating beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. Unlike other cabanas, The Point does not include a traditional canopy, but it is shaded by a large rectangular umbrella for comfort. Located at the meeting point of the Wekiva River and the Sweetwater Canal, this spot provides a one of a kind waterfront experience. The deck includes outdoor patio furniture such as a picnic table, chair, couch, and two Adirondack chairs, creating a welcoming and functional layout. The Point comfortably seats up to ten guests, with a maximum capacity of fifteen people. Your group will receive fifteen wristbands to access the cabana area, ensuring privacy and a pleasant experience for everyone. Guests without wristbands will be asked to leave the cabana area to maintain comfort and safety. This is the only location on Wekiva Island where pop up tents are allowed, adding extra flexibility. The cabana includes a grill, a cooler filled with ice, and six bottles of water. Guests may bring food to grill, but outside catered or delivered food is not permitted.
