Slow Stitch: Hand Sewing Basics

This beginner sewing workshop is designed for anyone eager to learn the essential skills of hand sewing. Students will be guided through 5 to 6 fundamental stitches, including techniques for securely attaching buttons and snaps, creating seams and edge finishes, and exploring various decorative stitches. The class also introduces the best tools for different sewing tasks, giving students a solid foundation to confidently sew and mend in any situation. By mastering these basic techniques, participants gain the freedom to create, repair, and embellish projects wherever life takes them.

The workshop is hands-on and includes all necessary materials, so students only need to bring themselves. Classes are limited to four students, ensuring personalized instruction and attention, with a minimum of two students required for the class to run. In the event of a cancellation, participants will receive a full refund.
