This three hour Forest Bathing experience takes place in one of the most evocative woodlands of the Ticino Park. Surrounded by oak and hornbeam trees participants are invited into a slow and mindful immersion in nature. The forest of the lower plain offers a rich variety of landscapes sounds and scents that stimulate awareness and calm. During the session you will explore different forest environments practicing presence breathing and sensory attention.
