This three hour Forest Bathing experience takes place in one of the most evocative woodlands of the Ticino Park. Surrounded by oak and hornbeam trees participants are invited into a slow and mindful immersion in nature. The forest of the lower plain offers a rich variety of landscapes sounds and scents that stimulate awareness and calm. The walk is gentle and accessible designed to help you pause disconnect from routine and reconnect with the natural world through all your senses.

During the session you will explore different forest environments practicing presence breathing and sensory attention. The experience encourages a deep connection with nature fostering balance relaxation and inner clarity. This is not a hike focused on distance but a journey of perception and awareness where time slows and the forest becomes a place of listening and renewal. You will leave with a refreshed mind a relaxed body and a renewed sense of belonging to nature.
