Customer Reviews
Ive used these guys over the years I replaced my mammut barryvox transciver with a new ine from them last year. Registered and in warranty. I bought it less than a year ago This season it malfunctioned on my first trip out. With a error in sensing the battery charge I took it to be tested in Canmore where it failed testing. I dont store it with batteries in place Response from ASS - not interested not their fault i “Broke” my transciever Just to be clear my wife did not say it wasnt bought from you. When she phoned all that was said “we dont deal with any warranty stuff” So what Im saying you can buy an expensive transciever from these guys in feb. In nov it craps out and they have no interest in helping you out. As the reply below show “we are not the warranty sevice center. “ Neither are ski uphill but they helped me and offered to send it off but suggested I might want to go back to store where it was bought My suggestion for backcountry skiers Go to ski uphill much better store! Stay away from this store. It used to be good but now has no customer service
I cannot say enough about this outfit! As a business owner myself, it was a pure pleasure to deal with these people. I first off shipped my product to my X Gf’s house which was funny in its self (my mistake). They took my call after hours and tried desperately to change the address for me (It was too late but all ended well lol). Next item was I shipped a product back to them (no longer required the product) and they refunded me with zero issues and did it very fast. I will order from them in the future and I highly recommend them!
Purchased some avalanche equipment for our team this spring. The staff at Avalanche Safety were super helpful in getting us set up with the right gear for our needs, and at a great price. We would definitely shop with them again in the future!
