Purchased a demo Honda from Donal in the sales team and never had to chase someone as much to give them a sale and I was paying cash with no trade in. The handover was basically here’s your keys and best of luck. The whole experience has been disappointing. Paid for a centre stand and crash bars still haven’t been supplied and I collected the bike four weeks ago. Not a single follow up call or mail from him. I had to call him two weeks after collecting the bike to be told the parts team have the centre stand, but not the other item. Someone will call you Monday. Two weeks later and nothing, there seems to be a huge gap in customer experience building and retention or maybe that’s just not a company priority. I genuinely haven’t experienced such poor customer care from a retailer in a long while.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent service I recently brought in my KTM 790 Adventure (2020) for a full service at around 15,000 km, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The team went through everything carefully — all filters, oils, and brake fluids were changed, and they checked the brake pads and the whole bike thoroughly. Great communication, fast turnaround, and really trustworthy people who clearly know what they’re doing. Highly recommend for anyone looking for solid, professional service and honest work.
