We had a bachelorette group of 14 and had an absolutely amazing time! The slides and lily pad were a blast and made the day so much fun. The office was a little busy with walk-in customers, so even though we had completed all waivers online, check-in took a bit longer than expected. However, they went above and beyond by giving us extra time on the water to make up for it—which was a wonderful surprise and excellent customer service. The deck crew was also fantastic, quickly grabbing a cart, loading up all of our things, and hauling them down to the pontoon for us. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend!

This was our first time renting a pontoon boat and going to crab island. We really enjoyed ourselves and our boat captain Jared (hopefully I spelled his name right). He was down to earth and fun. He also played with my husband and son with the football in the water. We would definitely book again and ask for him again.

The staff was excellent! Securing the rental online was super easy. We did all our waivers before arriving so we were able to leave right on time for our 4 hour time slot. The boat was great- everyone loved the slides. Wonderful experience all around.

We had a group size of 13 and rented the 4Hr double decker pontoon which was a blast in itself. But I’d really like to compliment our Captain, Jack. He pointed out dolphins to us and made sure everyone enjoyed the trip. At one point a few jellyfish were spotted in the water and Jack himself got in the water and got the Jellyfish away from everyone! Because a few people were still nervous he then took us to another beach, Again it was absolutely beautiful and we enjoyed ourselves so much. Definitely recommend a full day rental! We didn’t want to leave.

The boat is clean and spacious. Booking and checking in was fairly easy. I deducted one star because the boat came with just one anchor which caused the boat to swing nearly like a pendulum in the current/waves. This caused me great anxiety for all the people around the boat vicinity especially little ones. Also check in for the boat was 9:30 for an all day rental return at 5:30. It took quite a bit of time (approx 1 hour) to check in, do the tutorial and for boat to be brought around, which I felt took away from our time enjoying the boat. It would be ideal to offer a later return time if the check in time takes awhile. We forked our $1300 for this experience and I don't feel it was worth it, honestly.
