Sarah was incredibly helpful and responsive travel consultant from the very start, including working with us to tailor the exact type of experiences that we were looking for, answering all of our questions about scheduling, timing, booking, etc., and generally being an outstanding advocate for our overall needs. Sarah also arranged timed tickets for us at several museums, and helped to coordinate the actual day-to-day itineraries to maximize our ability to take in as much as possible in our short stay in Amsterdam. I spent an afternoon and morning with Sarah's Tours when I traveled to Amsterdam. It was a pleasure to work with Sarah as I prepared for the trip, and she was incredibly responsive and helpful in deciding on details, including deciding on a hotel and places to go. They also arranged for me to get to Enschede. And then once I arrived I toured around with two amazing guides (Maria and Katherine). Super easy to work with and everything was fantastic!

Guidebooks are fine, but they can’t text you back when you’re stuck in a random neighborhood at 10 PM wondering where to eat. Sarah can. Her recommendations felt local, not touristy, and she built the days so there was no wasted time or money.
