Over three hours, you’ll learn the foundations of choosing, storing, and preparing fish, then sharpen your filleting skills using two different types of fish, a flat plaice and a round sea bream. You’ll transform plaice into crispy deep-fried goujons or gently poach it in an aromatic broth, pan-fry sea bream like a professional, and prepare a fresh salsa verde. The class also explores stuffing and cooking whole sea bass, teaching you how to balance flavors and handle fish with ease. Guided by an expert chef, you’ll work at your own cooking station, with all ingredients, equipment, and aprons provided, plus a digital recipe pack to help you recreate the dishes at home.

After cooking, take a seat at the chef’s table to enjoy a generous fish feast alongside roasted new potatoes prepared by your chef. You’ll sample plaice goujons, optional poached plaice, fried sea bream with salsa verde, stuffed sea bass, and spicy pan-fried prawns, all complemented by a complimentary glass of bubbles or a soft drink. Water is provided throughout, with additional drinks available for purchase. The session includes demonstrations, hands-on cooking, and time to dine together, and is designed for active participants only, with solo guests possibly paired with another participant.
