You’ll also learn to balance flavors with a zesty ponzu dipping sauce and create authentic Japanese-style sticky rice. The class is hands-on, with all ingredients, equipment, and aprons provided, and you’ll work in pairs at your own cooking stations, guided by an expert chef. A digital recipe pack is included so you can recreate these dishes at home.

After cooking, take a seat at the chef’s table to enjoy your Japanese feast, featuring miso soup, aromatic pork, prawn, and cabbage gyoza, nasu dengaku with miso, sake, and mirin glaze, ponzu dipping sauce, and sticky rice, complemented by a complimentary glass of bubbles or a soft drink.
