You’ll also learn to balance flavors with a zesty ponzu dipping sauce and create authentic Japanese-style sticky rice. The class is hands-on, with all ingredients, equipment, and aprons provided, and you’ll work in pairs at your own cooking stations, guided by an expert chef. A digital recipe pack is included so you can recreate these dishes at home.
