During the class, you’ll watch your chef demonstrate both the sweet and savory creations, including profiteroles with freeze-dried raspberries and chopped pistachios and éclairs filled with smoked salmon, cream cheese, whipped horseradish, and chives. You’ll then apply these techniques yourself, with expert guidance to help you bake and present your choux like a top-class bakery. Once your creations are complete, you’ll take a seat at the chef’s table to enjoy one of each, or pack a box to take home. The class also includes a complimentary glass of bubbles or a soft drink on arrival, with water provided throughout and optional purchases available from the drinks menu.
