Update Manager got back to me on the same day and reviewed and realised that there was an overcharge whith a refund in process. Very happy with how the manager dealt with the situation and speaks volumes of their commitment to their customers. Thanks! ---- Friendly service and was able to help me on the same day, but 60eur for a single valve replacement and sealant is poor value for money. The sealant was 40 eur, which for my tire size a 120ml fill at retrail of 20 eur for 1L sealant is a very bad deal.
