The Topanga Community Center has introduced picnic table rentals beneath its large oak tree, offering a scenic outdoor venue for birthdays, family gatherings, and casual meetups. Located at 1440 N Topanga Canyon Boulevard, the space provides a relaxed park-like setting with easy access to a nearby playground and shared ballfield, making it suitable for both children and adults.

Rental access is limited to families with BOBCAT(+) memberships and is designed to accommodate groups of up to 40 people. Standard booking times are restricted to three-hour slots on weekends, with two designated time periods available each day. Larger groups or weekday and holiday requests require direct coordination with the rental agent for special arrangements.

All reservations are subject to a formal rental agreement, and payments are non-refundable once confirmed. However, renters are allowed one rescheduling option per calendar year, subject to mutual agreement. Payment deadlines are strictly enforced, particularly for short-notice bookings, to ensure smooth scheduling and availability management.

Additional services such as food preparation, bathroom access, and event equipment like bounce houses may incur extra charges and must follow size and safety regulations. While the ballfield is open for community use, occasional shared scheduling with programs such as youth sports classes may occur.
