An unforgettable and powerful experience. Standing in front of the Pyramid of the Sun is truly breathtaking — the size, the history, and the energy of the place are incredible. Climbing it and seeing the view from the top made me appreciate the brilliance of the ancient civilization even more. I added photos and videos, but they honestly don’t do it justice. This is one of those places you have to experience in person. A must-visit when you’re in Mexico — I would absolutely come back again
Amazing number of tall pyramids: Sol, Luna, Feathered Serpent, and so many smaller ones with platforms on top lining the roads along the major axes of the city of Teotihuacan. It’s mind blowing to be there and see how high the pyramids are and how spread out they are. Expect about 3 hours of walking, so wear comfortable shoes. The signage at gate explains that Teotihuacan integrated many different cultures and had multi story apartment buildings. The excavations are cool and the nature at the site is beautiful.
A very large and interesting park to visit with family and friends, full of culture and history in one place. It needs to be well-maintained since there's a lot of walking involved, especially climbing the pyramids. There are many vendors selling beautiful handicrafts. Restrooms are limited and scattered. Bring a hat or umbrella because the sun is very strong, and bring water to stay hydrated. It's a very large park and attracts many visitors.
