This company deserves ten stars!!!! I booked this airport transfer at the last minute prior to arriving in Dublin and didn’t realise my confirmation email went to my junk mail so I missed the arrival instructions. I contacted the office and they were informative and communicated with me after hanging up so I was easily able to find my driver or rather he found me. On my return I realised I booked the wrong pick up date two hours before I was due to leave for the airport. I contacted the 24 hours service and they found me a driver same day who was there promptly at my hotel prior to the expected departure time. I think the mark of an exemplary company is not when things go right but rather when things do not ( I want to be clear that all of the above was related to me not the company!). This company went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of !!!! You absolutely must book them.

We hired this company for a private taxi to take us inland in Ireland to visit the ancestral land of a deceased relative. It was a very special occasion and somber too. Maurice our driver was amazing! He gets a 5 STAR review. He was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. However, Ricardo the company owner gets 1 STAR! He was awful. We booked the taxi as a “roundtrip” to our location plus one hour of waiting time once we got there. Apparently, he thought the whole thing should take 3 hours exactly because after 2 hours he started calling Maurice incessantly to tell him to collect more money from us!!! And he also started calling me! We were in the middle of trying to find the special location which was a rock monument, and he kept calling interrupting. It was unbelievable!! We still had not even completed 3 hours! But remember, our arrangement was for a “roundtrip” plus an hour, NOT “3 hours!” Just getting there took us 1.5 hours due to rain, traffic, and a potty stop (my husband has to stop frequently). By the time we were done (1.5 there, 1 hour searching for our spot, and 1.5 back), it was a 4 hour “roundtrip” trip. Ricardo sent me a message after we returned saying I owed him another $120 Euros and said if I didn’t pay it, he would dock it from Maurice’s pay!!! What a royal creep!! That’s after we paid $450 euros to start with!! Maurice deserves a better boss!!

Of the utmost professionalism and promptness both ways I definitely recommend and we use them any time Whoever answered the phone fixed my situation within a matter of minutes and diverted What could’ve been a very serious problem for me. Missing my flight. Thanks

The service from Airport Collections was seamless from the start. The booking process was simple and efficient. The driver, Maurice, contacted me to introduce himself and he was extremely helpful from the start. I entrusted him to transport my clients and he was excellent. He even sent me a message after clients were dropped off. Good old fashioned service is difficult to find today. Maurice and Airport Collections have it.

Pete Ryan is one of the best, if not the best drivers I have ever had. We met up in the Dublin Airport and in the short drive to my Hotel, I found out more about the city than in any You Tube video I watched or guidebook I read on Ireland. Pete is an excellent driver. An anmiable and authentic Irishman, he is also very knowledgeable, friendly, charismatic, helpful, and such a pleasure to be around…:a sheer delight! While I was his passenger, he sent me links to restaurants and pubs, and other sights he thought I would like. Pete went well over and beyond and I was sorry our ride came to an end. I would highly recommend his services and not just for airport transfers, but for half day tours and beyond! Thank you Pete! You are one of a kind! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
