Website super easy to navigate! Lots to choose from! The balloons arrived packaged so well; with complimentary chocolates. They weren’t even tangled!! They are just beautiful. A original balloon I had ordered was out of stock and I was notified well in advance and a beautiful replacement was offered, found the whole thing just so so easy. At this time of year, life is just extra busy, it’s hard to get to shops etc with two young kids and job, I am so delighted I ordered online and will be doing this in future!! Terrible experience. I placed an order on the 10th of October for delivery on the 8th of November - almost a month in advance. This was for a very special occasion which is why I was getting prepared well in advance. Instantly, once I placed my order I was asked to write a positive review in exchange for extra balloons and chocolates being added to my order. Please keep this in mind when reading positive reviews about this business. 4 days prior to the delivery date I was contacted and asked to change the delivery date to a day earlier as they could not guarantee the order could be fulfilled on that day. I queried why they had allowed me to select and pay for delivery on that date if it could not be fulfilled. I reluctantly agreed to change the delivery date to an earlier date but requested it be delivered after 3pm to ensure someone could receive the balloons. This did not happen- the balloons were delivered at approximately 10AM - there was no one home to receive them and they were subsequently stolen off the porch. I contacted balloon factory and requested they re-deliver the balloons on the date I had originally requested them to be delivered and they informed me they were unable to do so. They did say they would refund the money- however this still meant i was without any balloons for our event- despite all my prior planning. Definitely would not recommend this company.
