Good ferry service. Quick 20 mins ride to Isla Mujeres. Runs every half hour in the morning then by the hour in the afternoons. Can pre-purchase your ticket ahead of your designated departure time.

I happened to take the ferry to Isla Mujeres back and forth, both times they were very punctual, l enjoyed a great sunset and a very spacious ferry ride.

Good ferry service. Ride takes 18 minutes so don’t worry if ferry does not leave on time… but you will make it on time. Don’t pay for any luxury ticket as everyone will seat on the next available seat not minding the cabin class

We took the ferry from Puerto Juarez to the terminal on Isla Mujeres. No advanced ticketing needed and no specific departure selection required. Kids go by height so if your kid is over 1.2m in height, they're considered an adult and have to pay the fair accordingly. Timely departure and live entertainment with beverages offered for purchase.
