Customer Reviews
Severely Unsafe — PLEASE READ BEFORE VISITING Santito Tuntun (Playa del Carmen) I witnessed staff at Santito Tuntun placing unknown substances into other patrons’ drinks at the bar. I raised my concerns with the venue’s security staff; rather than investigate or protect customers, security told me to leave the establishment. I then reported the incident to a nearby police officer, who did not assist or take a formal report. I felt in immediate danger and left the area. I am warning others because this behavior put me (and other patrons) at risk. Please exercise extreme caution — consider avoiding this venue until authorities investigate. If you plan to go, stay with trusted people, watch your drinks at all times, and report any suspicious activity to police in writing.
Be aware! I was charged multiple times for a single transaction—two of them unauthorized. They are running a scam targeting tourists. It’s sad that you have to resort to this to make money.
Christian was out server. He was super helpful and was very alert to everything we needed. His vibe is very joyful and contagious. We had a great time.
