If you have to see the face of racism ,see this bouncer. We had proper formal dressing wearing suits , He refused to enter and said this is only for Irish people. Irish people are best ones I know they are not racist ,I request all Irish people to go to diceys and other neighbour hood clubs like D22 to stand against racism. Stand with every human being to be treated equally by boycotting cooper face jacks.

Definitely avoid this dump. The place is a complete failure with absolutely no redeeming value. The security team is a story of its own — unprofessional, rude, and clearly incapable of doing their job. The way they interact with guests is downright embarrassing, as if your presence is an inconvenience to them. Instead of feeling welcome, you’re treated with arrogance and disrespect. A total waste of time

Discriminated against by bouncer. Was singled out among my entire friend group and not allowed in after showing id and clearly being over 21. Ruined my night. Pictures of the bouncer attached.

in congruence with the other reviews (wish i had read them before patronizing this zoo) i also faced a weird level of aggression from the bouncers (i'm not white) that other people did not experience. got shoved and grabbed by a lady bouncer because i couldn't hear what she was saying (also gave unclear directions) and she decided putting her hands on me was the answer. the bar staff was somewhat rude and made me pay for two drinks when i only asked for one, seeming a bit mad at me even though they were the ones that misheard. if anyone's seen the movie "a christmas story", i'd liken my experience with the staff to the cartoonishly malicious elves and the mall santa. security everywhere but won't do a thing about blatant creeps who harass women right in front of them. avoid this place if you are brown or black. honestly avoid even if you're neither of those things. 10 euro cover just for moppers to push you around every 5 minutes, expensive weak drinks, and serial harassers allowed to grope freely without limits. i will definitely not be coming back. better to stick to places like the george where the staff are more well-adjusted socially and don't sneer at you if you have darker skin.

Possibly the best night club in Dublin, that I have been to. Staff is very courteous, the crowd was really good and friendly. The prices are also reasonable, however, the options were very limited. The place comes to life after 12 ! It gets packed with people, despite being so vast. The music was also really good ! The best part is that they have created a different section for smokers and non-smokers ! So smokers don’t have to go out again and again and non-smokers don’t have to bear them :)
