Begin your journey with a guided tour of our elegant château and surrounding vineyards, where you'll uncover the storied past and meticulous craftsmanship that define our wines. As you stroll through our cellar, you’ll gain a deep understanding of the intricate process of winemaking, from grape to glass. This experience provides a behind the scenes look at how our wines come to life, with each step reflecting our family’s dedication to quality and tradition.
Accompanied by our knowledgeable family staff, embark on a tasting adventure featuring four exceptional wines made from Merlot, Pinot Noir, and other native grapes of our Estate. You’ll begin with Spinorosso IGT Toscana Rosso, a wine that honors the legacy of the Malaspina Marquises. Crafted from carefully selected, healthy clusters, it offers a structured, fresh, and elegant profile with minimal sulfites, showcasing the natural beauty of our vineyards. Next, experience Fedespina IGT Toscana Rosso, a wine named after a brave ancestor who protected the Marquises. With grapes harvested from our fifty-year-old vineyards, it offers a luminous purity, revealing subtle sensations and a deep connection to the land.
Finally, savor Ca' IGT Toscana Rosso, the highest expression of our territory, made from hand-selected Merlot grapes that reflect the unique microclimatic conditions of our vineyards. To complete the tasting, enjoy Bianco Fedespina IGT Toscana, a blend of Vermentino, Durella, and Chardonnay grapes from nearly fifty-year-old vines. This wine embodies the luminous purity of our terroir, with subtle yet distinct characteristics that speak of its strong identity. In our cellar, we adhere to the same respectful winemaking practices as in the vineyard, where grapes are de-stemmed and delicately crushed before fermentation in cement barrels. This process ensures a delicate, consistent fermentation followed by natural malolactic fermentation and aging in carefully selected French oak barrels.
