We learned to make pesto the Genoan way along with a few other dishes. Loved the chef and his sidekick - they were personable and shared information about the city and region.

Marina was our tour operator and did a great job with our food tour in Genova, Italy. Her English was perfect, and it was easy to communicate with her the whole time. She was very knowldgeable about the city's history. She shared fun facts the entire time and also provided details about each plate we sampled. She was also sociable and great at getting the group to interact with each other. This was a great experience that I would easily recommend to others.
