RV Site 1 offers a convenient electric-only camping option for smaller RVs, perfect for travelers who enjoy a simple, outdoor experience. The back-in gravel pad measures 40 feet long and can accommodate RVs up to 30 feet in length. The site includes a picnic table and fire ring, allowing guests to cook meals outdoors and relax around a fire. Electric connections are 30 amp or via an electrical cord, requiring a 20-25 foot cord for setup. Water is not included on the site, and filling the tank costs $20. The standard rate covers four individuals aged 12 and over, with additional guests accommodated for a small nightly fee up to a maximum of six guests per site.

Campers may set up a tent for extra friends or family members for an additional charge. Campfires are allowed but guests attempting to burn large logs or trash will be charged a $25 cleanup fee. Cancellations are subject to a $50 fee, and reservations canceled 14 days or less prior to check-in are charged for the full stay. No refunds are offered for early departures.
