The interior includes two queen beds and a queen pull-out sofa sleeper, along with a small kitchen, dining area, and a full bathroom. Linens, bedding, and towels are provided, ensuring guests have a convenient and ready-to-use setup upon arrival.

The kitchen is equipped with essential amenities such as an electric skillet, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, cookware, and utensils. Air conditioning maintains comfort indoors, while an outdoor deck features a tree growing through its center, creating a natural and peaceful environment. Guests also have access to a grill and fire ring for outdoor dining and relaxation.

The Tree House accommodates up to six guests, with standard pricing for four and additional charges for extra occupants. Pets are permitted for a fee, and tent setups are allowed for an additional charge. Campfire use is permitted under guidelines, while cancellation rules include fees for late cancellations and no refunds for early departures, encouraging guests to plan their stay carefully and enjoy the full experience.
