68 years old not as fit as I was and living next to all the forest trails in North Tipperary I decided to research e-bikes capable of going off road I decided on the Enguie Engine Pro 2.0 and went to City Scooters Dublin. Perfect choice! Mustafa is a gentleman. Concise and factual information. Tuition and instruction. But most importantly was no heavy sales pitch. Highly recommended for the business and the assistance of all the staff. 👍🏼👍🏼😎
My electric bike had a flat tyre. Even though I didn't buy my bike in INNER CITY SCOOTERS it is my local electric bike shop. The staff Mustafe and Ciaran were VERY helpful, and approachable. The tyre was fixed very quickly. I'm so glad I went there. I highly recommend their skills and customer support.
The customer service in inner city scooter is exceptional, i got looked after a staff member called Mustafe. He gave me great advisory and was real helpful. Definitely recommend this shop to everyone who needs handy repair or ride. Kind regards Rayan
Brought in a scooter wheel that I changed the inner tube myself for them to put back the tyre on place as I was unable with the tools I had at home. It is something take them less than a minute to do with the machines they have. They said it could take 1-2 days and they would call me back when ready. After a week, they never called back so I went back to the store. It was ready. They charged 35€. When I complained they said is because they placed a new tyre instead of the one I had, something I never asked. In fact the tyre they placed it wasn't new, it was different to the one I had but damaged with holes and dirt (attached picture) Basically, a 2 mins work and 10€ service charge turned into a week and 35€ for something I didn't ask and on top of that, it was damaged. Definitely never coming back to this place to avoid being scammed again and will advise my friends to do not do it either.
The scooter is durable. It is on the heavy side, weighing around 27kg but its fine. Using it is very smooth and fast. Although the shock absorber is not that strong but it is manageable. Their customer service is fabulous. They immediately respond to my queries.
