Our canoeing weekend begins with a morning meeting in Lembruch, where all participants gather before traveling together to the campsite. Upon arrival, cars will remain parked at the campsite, and participants will be transported to the starting point for the adventure. After a brief welcome and introductions, everyone will receive the necessary equipment for the upcoming canoeing experience. This includes canoes, paddles, life jackets, and any additional gear required for a safe and enjoyable journey on the water.

An experienced canoeist will guide participants through an introduction to paddling techniques, ensuring that everyone feels comfortable and confident before setting off. Important information regarding nature conservation regulations will also be provided to ensure that the river and surrounding environment are respected throughout the trip. Participants will receive maps and key details about the river’s course, take-out points, and other essential information to help plan and navigate the remainder of the journey safely and enjoyably.
