The day begins at a café, where the guide will outline the day’s plan and provide an introduction to Basque cuisine, the Bretxa Market, and the tradition of Gastronomic Societies. After shopping for fresh ingredients at the market and dropping them off at the society, participants will have some free time to enjoy a couple of pintxos before heading to the main cooking session.

Next, the group moves to the Gastronomic Society, where the chef will welcome everyone and guide the cooking process. Participants will don aprons and prepare the dishes with the ingredients they purchased, enjoying the hands-on experience of cooking Basque cuisine. The day concludes with a gastronomic discussion, where everyone can reflect on the culinary experience, and, like the locals, settle the bill at the society for what was consumed. This part of the tour is not included in the price and will be paid directly by the participants at the society.
