Coney Island Beach Greenway Tour

This exciting bike tour takes you from Manhattan to the iconic beaches of Coney Island. The route travels through downtown Brooklyn before entering the green spaces of Prospect Park. From there, riders connect to the Ocean Parkway Greenway, the first and oldest greenway in the country, offering a smooth and scenic ride. As you approach the coast, the tour passes through the vibrant Russian community of Brighton Beach before continuing along the boardwalk toward Coney Island. Upon arrival, there is time to enjoy lunch at the world famous Nathans Hot Dogs and take in the lively seaside atmosphere.

After lunch, riders can choose how to enjoy Coney Island, whether riding the famous Cyclone roller coaster, relaxing on the beach, swimming in the ocean, or browsing local souvenir shops. When it is time to head back, the group rides via the Verrazano Bridge Greenway before continuing toward the Manhattan Bridge and returning to Manhattan. For those who prefer a shorter return, there is also an optional ferry ride back to Manhattan near the Verrazano Bridge.
