It is a nice resort but after we left, 2 days later, there was additional charges added by the resort to my credit card. So beware of the extra charges if you visit this resort. We didn’t have any incidental or damaged items in the room.

Los sueños was exactly that, a dream. We went to celebrate our mothers birthday and it was such an amazing experience. From Gary being extremely knowledgeable and interactive with us on the eco tour, to Gerald showing exceptional service as our server everyday in different areas and helping us choose amazing food options, to Douglas truly making us feel special while we celebrated my moms birthday, and Luis Enrique and another nice lady at the breakfast buffet outdoor seating area truly taking care of us and helping us celebrate our mom as well. I cannot rave enough about the experience. Thank you!!! Will be returning!

We fell in love with this place despite the push back from the "free activities staff", they gave you hard time to get they perks included in the price of the rooms. The cost is in the very high end without meals added. We inquire about the meal plan offered at booking but the front desk had no idea. The jacuzzi, steam and sauna is reserved for guests who book spa treatments only and you get contradictory information from different staff members. We booked an ocean front room with balcony but because they were full they gave us one with private pool which was nice but but an even trade in my opinion. My husband loved the pool I like the ocean view as the location of the hotel is ideal for a lovely sunset. Overall is like a dream hotel. 4 stars in service only for the conflicted information and the difficulty scheduling the perks. Other thsn that the staff is very attentive, the front desk console much as they are always busy . The manager offer to email us when they run promotions so hopefully he made right in his word.
