Step into the heart of our destination kitchen and embark on a culinary journey celebrating Mexico's most beloved street food. This is your chance to go beyond simply eating tacos and learn the authentic techniques behind crafting them from scratch. Imagine the sizzle of marinated steak on the grill and the rich aroma of slow-cooked beef filling the air. Under the expert guidance of Chef Tashi, you will transform fresh, local ingredients into a spectacular feast. This hands-on experience invites you to tie on an apron and become the chef, mastering the skills to recreate these iconic dishes at home. It is a perfect way to dive deep into the vibrant food culture of destination. Your adventure begins with two legendary taco styles. You will learn the secrets to perfectly seasoned Carne Asada, grilled to tender perfection. Next, you will explore the world of Birria, simmering the meat until it is incredibly succulent and creating its signature consommé for dipping. But a taco is nothing without its salsa. We will guide you through creating two distinct versions, balancing heat, acidity, and freshness to elevate your creations. To complete your three-course meal, you will prepare a unique and delightful dessert. The Horchata Spice Panna Cotta offers a creamy, cinnamon-infused finish that provides a cool contrast to the savory flavors of your main course. This class is more than just a recipe walkthrough; it is an immersive experience designed for all aspiring cooks to build confidence in the kitchen. You will leave not only with a full stomach but with the knowledge and inspiration to host your own taco fiesta. Food was alright. But I have had better tacos. I tried taco with chicken, Avacado, cheese, mushroom and peppar, salsa. Mango soda. Would be good to have shrimp as an option as well.

Stumbled in here after a Taco place I would normally go to was shut - we took a chance, and my goodness it was the right call! Living in Dublin I find myself craving tacos... A LOT and as a vegetarian, its hard to find ones that hit the spot like those of icons such as birra, chorizo or barbacoa. Salsa does not have that problem - a delicious blend of sweat potato, mushroom and red pepper, topped with salsa, dressed with fresh herbs and onion and wrapped in that beautiful little corn tortilla. A new go to has been found! I have walked by the building 1000 times or more, but I shall no longer miss it - what a place and what a delicious lil taco spot to dine in or take out. Massive congrats to the owner - Tá sé delicious!

I've been looking for birria tacos in Dublin for so long. We tried today and it was amazing!!!! Can't wait to go back! We also tried Flautas for the first time and they were amazing. Can't recommend enough !!

Frequently I dined at Salsa’s place, Burritos wrapped in warm embrace. Rice and beans, a perfect pair, Savory scents that filled the air. But now the menu makes me frown, Prices soaring, my cash runs down. Once a feast for just 6.95, Now it’s 13.95—and then? Oh Salsa, why this cruel fate? My wallet weeps, it’s far too late. I’ll miss your meals, but now not the cost, RIP to another once great takeout—less coin is lost.

They were really nice and very helpful with choosing what to eat, the food was amazing and we ate a lot for a really good price, also the food was served fast. The place was cozy and the music 👌. I really recommend it if you want good Mexican food. We ate tacos dorados and torta de pastor, both amazing. (I also recommend mango and pineapple jarritos). We will go back for sure.
