Amazing dives!! Great dive center and facilities !! 100% recommend for beginners or certified divers We love it both diving and snorkeling !! Also the night snorkeling was amazing !!

I did this dive yesterday and it was awesome! I've never scuba dived in my life so I was nervous. The staff were amazing and literally held my hand the entire way through from the practice dive, on the descent, intermittently while we were observing the sharks, and the entire way back. I can't express how good they were and they made you feel totally safe while you are 12 meters under the ocean in bull shark infested waters. There were >20 sharks on our dive and they come almost within arms reach in front and above you! If they come too close the guides move the blunt poles and the sharks are deterred away from you, I never once saw them actually touch a shark. The guides also pointed out all the cool corals and fish on the way there and back and kept checking to make sure we were OK the whole way through. I would highly recommend this dive it's an experience of a lifetime! They don't let beginners take cameras down which I think is totally fair. You have to be scuba certified in order to bring your own camera and dive on your own but you can buy a photo package which gives a better perspective of the experience than you can get on your own. The videos I've posted are from a friend who was also on the dive we did.

Truly amazing experience. Being so close to the sharks and feeling so safe is such an unbelievable experience. All the dive instructors are extremely professional and knowledgeable which helps anyone who would be feeling nervous. This is a must do activity when in Fiji!

Unreal experience - pre dive briefing was comprehensive with clear instructions on how the dive would go, didn’t feel nervous or unsafe at any point, even on ascent/descent which I was initially worried about. They pack you with a lot of weight too so easy to stay grounded, and there’s an individual rope to hold onto so you maintain control and stay put. Incredible to see huge bull sharks up so close! They have a photographer who goes with you and can hire GoPros (although not sure if non-cert divers can take a camera). Dive team was friendly and welcoming, I’d 100% go again if I ever find myself back at Kuata.
