Embark on an unforgettable underwater journey at the world-renowned Casa Cenote, also known as Cenote Manati. Your adventure begins in a large, open-water basin, where you will descend into pristine turquoise waters. From here, your dive leads you into a mystical mangrove forest, a truly unique ecosystem in the Riviera Maya. Glide through the intricate network of submerged roots, feeling the cool embrace of the fresh water as you witness the vibrant life thriving within this submerged world. This initial part of your cenote dive offers a serene and captivating exploration unlike any other. As you navigate further, a breathtaking spectacle awaits. Beams of sunlight pierce the water's surface, creating a cathedral of light that illuminates the entrance to a stunning cavern system. This magical passage guides you toward the Caribbean Sea. You will explore the cavern's edge, hovering at the threshold of a subterranean tunnel that runs for 50 meters directly beneath the beach to connect with the ocean. With an average depth of just six meters, you can enjoy a long, relaxed dive of about one hour, soaking in the otherworldly beauty of this natural wonder. This incredible dive at Cenote Manati is just the beginning of your full-day, two-tank experience. After exploring the mangrove and cavern, you have the opportunity to continue your underwater exploration. You can choose a second, different cenote to complete your day, tailoring your diving adventure to your personal interests and creating a truly customized journey through the sacred waters of the Yucatan Peninsula.

Had an incredible time. We got to see Panchito the crocodile. Pedro was our guide and he did a fantastic job. Felt safe the whole time. I would highly recommend.

I recommend to buy an audio guide or have someone help guide if not you’ll be lost and just looking around! Which was my mistake. It is truly an honor to be able to walk through the ruins. Bring your own personal use water bottle. No plastic is allowed!

It was a fun package tour we had. Our guide had to figure stuff out, which made us stand in the sun for a while before entering. Ruins and site views with some history explainations were great. The cliff overlooking the ocean and other views helped with the heat. Was a great tour and experience. Lot of iguanas on the site. Hmm, the first part of the package we had was Tulum and then to the Canamyte. There was a brief 10 min shopping time after the Tulum location. Souvenir shops and food stalls.

Casa del Cenote: Tulum’s Hidden Gem by the Sea Nestled along the stunning coastline of Tulum, Mexico, Casa del Cenote is a unique and enchanting destination that combines the beauty of the Caribbean Sea with the mystical allure of the Yucatán Peninsula’s cenotes. Unlike the more famous cenotes found inland, Casa del Cenote is a rare seaside cenote, offering visitors a one-of-a-kind experience where the freshwater of the cenote meets the saltwater of the ocean. Casa del Cenote is tucked away within a lush mangrove forest, creating a secluded and tranquil environment that feels worlds apart from the bustling beaches nearby. The cenote’s crystal-clear waters are perfect for swimming, snorkeling, and even diving, providing an intimate glimpse into the vibrant underwater world that lies just beneath the surface. The water is teeming with marine life, including colorful fish and curious turtles, making it a paradise for nature lovers and adventure seekers alike. What sets Casa del Cenote apart from other cenotes is its unique location at the edge of the ocean. Here, you can experience the magical transition from freshwater to saltwater, as the cenote’s cool, clear waters flow into the sea. This rare phenomenon creates a fascinating environment where mangroves, limestone formations, and marine life coexist in harmony. The interplay of light and water in the cenote’s depths also makes for a mesmerizing visual experience, with shafts of sunlight illuminating the underwater caverns and creating a surreal, almost otherworldly atmosphere. Despite its remarkable beauty, Casa del Cenote remains one of Tulum’s lesser-known attractions, offering a peaceful retreat for those looking to escape the crowds. The surrounding area is ideal for exploration, with nearby walking trails and secluded beaches inviting you to discover the natural beauty of Tulum at your own pace. Whether you’re floating in the cenote’s tranquil waters, exploring the mangroves, or simply relaxing by the shore, Casa del Cenote offers a serene and unforgettable experience. Casa del Cenote in Tulum is a hidden gem that beautifully blends the wonders of a traditional cenote with the breathtaking scenery of the Caribbean coast. Its unique location, crystal-clear waters, and serene atmosphere make it a must-visit for anyone seeking to experience the natural magic of the Yucatán Peninsula. Whether you’re an adventurer, a nature lover, or simply looking for a peaceful escape, Casa del Cenote promises an experience unlike any other in Tulum.

Nice architectonial park - visit it despite hot weather. It worth it. Very nice walk around park with nice views, ruinas and lit of iguanas. We spend here 1 hour. Entry 80 pesos per person. Have own drink - in park no chance to buy.
