Winter's Blaze

Experience an intense and exhilarating way to release stress at The Smash Room in Mirdif, where you can let go of frustrations in a safe and controlled environment. During this 30-minute session, participants aged 5 and above can smash a TV, a printer, and twenty glass items, providing a powerful outlet for pent-up energy. This activity offers a unique alternative to traditional stress relief methods, allowing you to break, stomp, yell, and embrace a raw, physical release. The session begins with a brief city tour, followed by gearing up for the experience, selecting smashing tools, taking photos, and attending a safety briefing to ensure a safe and enjoyable activity for all participants.

The session includes one TV, one printer, and twenty glass items, with additional in-room decorations available as optional add-ons to enhance the experience. Guests are encouraged to arrive 15–20 minutes early to get prepared, select smashing tools, and complete the safety briefing. Comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement is recommended, along with closed-toe shoes such as sneakers or trainers.
