Making a left onto 66 in Neptune by Lowe’s and Walmart; a delayed green light that none of us met. I was behind this Surf Taxi driver at the light and a car waiting to turn was in front of them. As the car in front of the Surf Taxi driver was waiting to safely turn, the Taxi driver went around them on the driver’s left and made the turn before them. Then I observed this driver tailgating as we navigated the roadwork on 66. Speeding up and swerving behind the person in front of them. This was 11/6/25 at approx 3:47.
Very nice friendly drivers. So far all have been very friendly. I've been here visiting and checking on an old sick friend for the past 20 months off and on. We used the cabs for shopping a dr. apps. All very friendly quiet and helpful. Nice guys!
I tried to get the right piece but they stole from me. Charged me $35 for something that is and always has been $20. They are thieves and misbehaving specially the manager. Never recommending them. Choose a different company but not asbury surf.
The most horrible drivers in the area. Always driving erratically never going anywhere near the speed limit coming to random stops in the middle of a road for no reason. I don't know how they are still in business.
I had my car parked on Cookman this morning, and I watched the driver of this exact taxi get out of his vehicle, walk into the phone store and come back and literally BACK INTO MY CAR. My car shook (luckily there’s no damage) but he didn’t get out of his car nothing, instead he made an illegal U turn on a busy street and I laid on my horn and was like “Sir, you just hit my car” he proceeds to yell and cuss saying “I didn’t hit your car, I DIDNT FEEL ANYTHING.” I am 20 weeks pregnant and this company needs to be shut down immediately.
