Service 5, Quality 1. We ordered a lamp shade and were told it would take one week to prepare. It arrived on time, but the quality was extremely poor—visible glue marks, a huge joint, and, to top it off, the wrong size. We ordered 40x25 and received 40x35. Honestly, even mass-produced items from China have better craftsmanship. Disappointed.
Having asked three friends where the best place was to buy lights Hicken Lighting was recommended each time. Overwhelming selection of lights over a few floors. Onsite free parking (a few spaces) is a big bonus. Very helpful staff and where able change the length of our new light for a small fee. If you need lights, this is the only place to go.
