Join our Club Cruise every Friday and kick off the weekend with a relaxed and social SUP experience. This self organized paddle session is perfect for enjoying time on the water at your own pace, without an instructor. Club members have the freedom to decide together where to paddle, whether exploring new routes or returning to favorite spots. No matter how many participants join, everyone heads out independently and enjoys the shared experience on the water.
After the paddle, the experience continues on land with time to unwind and celebrate the start of the weekend. We have never used this company before and never will again. We booked a 14 night cruise to Alaska on Queen Elizabeth which included flight to Rekyavik with a 2 night stay, then a flight to Seattle with a 1 night stay before embarking the ship, then a flight back to Glasgow from Seattle. All transferred included. At first the girl said only 1 transfer in Rekyavik was included but I had kept the brochure and put her right. I booked shore excursions with the ship but later I was informed these were cancelled. When I phoned Cunard I was told the holiday had been cancelled by the travel agent. When I phoned them I was told I had cancelled the holiday when all I had cancelled was 1 transfer from ship to airport as I had booked a private tour. When they checked the recorded messages they found I was right. Luckily they were able to put it right but it was a very stressful time and if I hadn’t booked Cunard shore excursions I could have lost the whole holiday. The next problem arose on the shop, I had requested a table for 6 for early dinner, however because Cunard thought the holiday had been cancelled I had to have free dining instead. The holiday itself was very enjoyable but no thanks to this travel agency.

Have used Cruise Club forany years. Always receive excellent service , always using phone. Even talking to a different contact makes no difference, their access to our information is great. Full marks to their handling during COVID times of booking/rebooking/cancellation/and finding alternative. I always enjoy a friendly pleasant chat. Plus their special offers are very welcome. Impossible to mention a specific contact since they are all excellent.

We have not used Cruise Club UK before but had seen an advert with an appealing cruise. We spoke to Marcia who was amazing as she was so helpful and patient! We spent a long time putting together a bespoke package and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend the booking process but will need to review again once we have travelled to comment on that aspect. We also price checked the deal with another agent and they couldn't get anywhere near the price Cruise Club offered.

What a company! After Lufthansa shafted me and my wife by cancelling our business flights less than 24 hours before departure and having our money for nearly a year, Cruise Club UK stepped in to rescue us. Despite Lufthansa saying no flights were available, cruise club uk were able to find flights. Thank you so much and we will recommend this company to our friends.
