Excellent customer service. Unfortunately, the first balloon ordered arrived deflated. We emailed to let the company know and had a fast email response. Within 24 hours , a second delivery of two balloons and chocolate was delivered. We’re very pleased with the product and customer service.
Terrible experience. I placed an order on the 10th of October for delivery on the 8th of November - almost a month in advance. This was for a very special occasion which is why I was getting prepared well in advance. Instantly, once I placed my order I was asked to write a positive review in exchange for extra balloons and chocolates being added to my order. Please keep this in mind when reading positive reviews about this business. 4 days prior to the delivery date I was contacted and asked to change the delivery date to a day earlier as they could not guarantee the order could be fulfilled on that day. I queried why they had allowed me to select and pay for delivery on that date if it could not be fulfilled. I reluctantly agreed to change the delivery date to an earlier date but requested it be delivered after 3pm to ensure someone could receive the balloons. This did not happen- the balloons were delivered at approximately 10AM - there was no one home to receive them and they were subsequently stolen off the porch. I contacted balloon factory and requested they re-deliver the balloons on the date I had originally requested them to be delivered and they informed me they were unable to do so. They did say they would refund the money- however this still meant i was without any balloons for our event- despite all my prior planning. Definitely would not recommend this company.
