Outstanding! Me and my 12yo visited Blanch shop on Thursday eve 27/11/25, shopping for snow gear for trip to polish mountains. After visiting few other stores, I was ready to quit and chance it online. On the way out young manager engaged me. From quick chat, patience and great advise, to 2 snow sets and 2 pair of boots. Both staff members were incredible, the lad upstairs at shoe section and the young manager that engaged us. Well done, needed good advice! (They told me names and I forgot, apologies)

excellent shop. they didn’t have my size in a jacket. they asked me if id like to bring it in from another store but i said no. . later at home changed me mind. rang and they ordered from cork. got it two days later. think it was kyle who helped me when didn’t have to. thank you very much. the jacket couldn’t be got online for that price. i’ll definitely use that shop next time i’m buying.
I was waiting upstairs for the sale assistant for 10 minutes in order to try on hiking boots. They sell expensive and good quality boots, so I had really high expectation for the great customer service which were not met. 2 stars because the quality of products is great.

I can share a recent experience, I was given great help to select some clothing, and I had reason to return a garment. The assistance was first-class and helpful, and I was immediately given exchange for the garment I returned. Hats off to Megan for excellent support and customer service.
