A jaw-dropping experience! One of the must sees while visiting Niagara Falls, offering stunning close up views of the falls. You’ll get close enough to feel the cool spray of the falls on your face and will be completely drenched along the cruise! A well organized lineup system and a smooth experience all around. You’re given a disposable raincoat and I highly recommend brining a change of socks or even slippers to change into. Cover belongings and electronics that you don’t want to get wet. Definitely recommend this activity while at the Falls!
Amazing experience. We went out of season so it was a relatively empty ride although extremely cold (was rhe beginning of December). Getting that close to the falls is wonderful. The audio gave you a detailed account of all 3 waterfalls.
Niagara City Cruises offers an exhilarating experience that goes beyond imagination. There’s simply no comparison to witnessing the Falls from any other vantage point. While we’ve had other amazing views, this immersive experience is truly beyond words. My wife was in awe, and my son and I were incredibly excited. To get the best spot on the boat, head to the bottom front right corner. Be sure to wear the protective gear, as you’ll be entering the heart of the Horseshoe Falls. It may appear like a heavy mist, but it’s like stepping into a rainstorm as you approach the Falls. You might want to bring a second change of clothes, as we were thoroughly soaked! Despite the wetness, I would do it all over again. It was an unforgettable experience!
An unforgettable experience! Niagara City Cruises was absolutely incredible — seeing the falls up close is something I’ll never forget. The views were breathtaking, and you really feel the power of the water when you get near the Horseshoe Falls. The ponchos kept us mostly dry (though getting a little wet is part of the fun!). The staff was friendly, organized, and made everything run smoothly. A must-do if you’re visiting Niagara Falls!
This tour was by far the best way to visit Niagara Falls as it crammed so much activity into a single day. Our guide, Don, was wonderful, he was a fountain of information, a wonderful host, and kept our tour on course and on schedule. We really appreciated being picked up and dropped off at our hotel and not having to drive to and from the falls. The falls, of course, stole the show and the Hornblower Boat cruise was awesome (got a little wet though), but we also enjoyed our visit to Niagara on the Lake and the whirlpool. As we opted for the Fallsview Dinner, my wife and I were both impressed with the variety and quality of the food selections available in the buffet. After dinner, seeing the colorfully lit falls were a real treat, as was the incredible fireworks presentation that followed. We both highly recommend this tour; it was worth every penny.

The trip was well organized. The driver, Antonio, gave us a lot of information and interesting facts about Niagara Falls and the surrounding area. Dinner was delicious and had a beautiful view of the falls.
An amazing day!! We did the Niagara Falls Evening Tour from Toronto. Fantastic organization. Smooth pick upl and drop off at the hotel. Dwayne our guide (Zoom Tours) was so engaging, we learnt so many interesting things about Canada not just the Niagara Falls. He even showed us a few hidden gems on the way! The boat ride was awesome. Great dinner at the Sheraton Hotel with stunning views of the Falls at daytime and so pretty in the evening with the night light show. A wonderful and unforgettable experience. The money is well worth it, Would book again anytime. Dwayne also saved the day avoiding the traffic jam on our way back to Toronto. Thank you Dwayne!!!
I had an unforgettable experience with Niagara City Cruises! The moment we boarded the boat, everything was well-organized and smooth. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made sure everyone was safe and ready to enjoy the ride. The boat ride itself was absolutely thrilling. Getting up close to the Horseshoe Falls was simply breathtaking. You can feel the power of the falls—the roar, the mist, the energy—it’s something you have to experience in person to fully understand. Be prepared to get soaked, but that’s part of the fun! They provide ponchos, which help a lot, but I still got pretty wet (and loved every second of it). The views from the boat are incredible, and it’s a perfect way to see both the American and Canadian sides of the falls. Whether you’re traveling solo, as a couple, or with family, this is a must-do activity when visiting Niagara Falls. Highly recommended. It’s not just a boat ride—it’s a memory you’ll keep forever.
What an amazing trip. I will tell you, our driver Ali was sensational. He kept us all entertained on the drive down, many times having the bus laughing out loud. He was very informative on the different stops and always seemed to have insider knowledge of where to go and what to do. Ali made our group feel special and cared about. He is very kind and helpful and was able to figure out issues on the fly. I would highly recommend that you book your trip with him as your driver.
