I booked the tour to niagra falls with my husband and kids at our hotel at Chelsea in downtown !yes it took good 30minutes to get other people from another bus which was a bit annoying because of the delay. However Zemnu (driver/tour guide)was amazing! He showed us more than what we booked for , he has great depth of knowledge with the history and actually took you to places .you can tell he has been doing this for a long time ! We tasted maple syrup and he took us to niagra on the fall (very expensive village feel like those cheesy xmas movies)and wine tasting . We didn't taste the wine and to be honest it was a bit of waste of time but didn't mind the drive . Overall niagra falls was epic and we went on the boat too which was worth it ! 20 mins is more than enough on there . Highly recommend about40 dollars . We booked it with our hotel at Chelsea hotel in Toronto who were excellent ! Fantastic customer service . Zemenu earned his tip and was a genuinely nice guy! A day well spent ! It costs us about 139 dollars per person (with boat)and kids under two free , in comparison to other online website , we got what we paid for .i think it's slightly less (10/15dollar less than adult)for kids under 13 .

My wife and I did the 45-min long Harbour and Islands Cruise in Toronto and it was an absolute blast! Our tour guide Arman was really engaging, informative, and very eloquent in explaining the stories. I’d highly recommend this tour for those of you who want to get a different perspective of Toronto from water. You’ll have truly picturesque views. We even caught a couple of planes landing over us at Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport. Thanks again Arman for a great tour!

Booked a Niagara Falls day bus tour. The first hour we spent picking up people at various hotels in Toronto , then slow traffic most of the way to Niagara Falls. Here are more points that need to be addressed: 1. The bus interior was old: Old seats, no sink no soap no disinfection in the washroom. This is not acceptable. 2. Bus driver was not a native English speaker and did not speak clear English and we understood maybe 15% of what he said on the tour. 3. As a safety issue, it was dangerous that the driver was driving the bus through traffic and through the streets and also speaking at the same time this is very dangerous. Usually there is a guide on the bus who speaks, while the driver only drives. Why was there not a separate guide on this bus tour? If we return to Toronto again, we would take the trains to Niagara. It’s much faster and cheaper. We did get a partial refund and the customer service was acceptable. In any case, we give 5⭐️ for the Falls and boat trip into the falls, it was truly amazing and to see it in person is phenomenal✅
