Really great bike rental experience! Steffi is truly passionate about providing everyone with the correct bike and route for them! The route she provided via kamoot was perfect for us and allowed us to see some wonderful Tuscan sights! Could not recommend enough for a unique experience!!
The perfect day! Steffi was so helpful with showing us our bikes, creating a custom route for us and setting up an app so we could track where we were going. The bikes were fantastic (especially up some of the steeper hills!) and she was an absolute delight. Thank you!

Stephanie obviously loves what she does. I heard about her bike rental business before we left Vancouver, Canada. Unfortunately when we arrived in Pienza, all of her bikes were rented out on the only day we were able to ride. Luckily the hotel that we were staying at had bikes for rent (not nearly as good as E-bike Tuscany) Stephanie was kind enough to download a beautiful route for my wife and I to take. It was my wife’s birthday and Stephanie made it a special day. Appreciate your kindness.
I had a wonderful experience renting an e-bike here! The bikes were in excellent condition, very comfortable, and perfect for exploring the hills and small towns around Pienza. The staff was kind, professional, and gave clear instructions, which made everything easy and stress-free. Thanks to the e-bike, I was able to enjoy the beautiful views of Val d’Orcia without worrying about the steep climbs. Highly recommended!
