We were very disappointed with our experience with Nazari, Alhambra Premium Guided Tour. After booking our tour a month and a half in advance, we received a call the night before informing us that the tour would not include everything that was originally agreed upon-but that they would "try." Later, we received a message confirming the tour, which led us to believe that the original plan would proceed as scheduled. However, upon arrival the next morning, the guide informed us that although she would be providing a private tour, it will be modified since they were not able to get access to all sites when they went to get the tickets a week before. Instead, the tour would only cover one palace and the exterior gardens. We were very disappointed, especially since the discount offered for the reduced tour did not adequately compensate the significant part of the experience that was missing. Additionally we found the guide to be unprofessional. Ultimately, we chose to cancel the tour. This was a deeply frustrating experience and not what we expected from a premium tour provider. Three stars because we got full refund.
