The tour begins at Shimbashi Station, the historic site of Japan's first railroad, established in 1872. Your local guide will then take you to a casual bar run by Nara Prefecture, renowned as the birthplace of sake. Here, you'll enjoy a 30-minute all-you-can-drink sake tasting, with a selection of over 20 varieties of sake, which changes daily. These range from traditional sake made with Bodai-moto yeast, to dry, sweet, sparkling, cloudy, and fruit-infused options.
Next, the tour leads you to a teppanyaki restaurant in the heart of Ginza. At the restaurant, you’ll be welcomed by a skilled chef as they prepare your meal right in front of you on a heated Teppan. The meal features the finest A5-ranked Wagyu beef, complemented by seasonal soups, a Wagyu beef dish, garlic rice, miso soup, and a variety of special condiments and sauces.
